Checkout time: 11:00 am. Please come to the office by 10:30 am on the day of your scheduled departure if you are planning to extend your stay.

Fires: Ground fires are prohibited by law

Mail: Delivery is made to our mail room and is sorted at posted hours. It would be helpful to include your site number in all correspondence.

Pool: Children must be accompanied by a parent. Rules are posted at pool & are enforced.

Phone Messages: Only emergency messages are delivered, all others are posted on the message board.

Visitors: All visitors must be registered. Residents are responsible for their guests.

Pets: Pets under 35 lbs. are allowed. No more than 2 dogs per site. No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls or Wolf-Hybrids allowed. Pets must be walked in the pet walk area and transported to and from the area. No walking dogs through the park. Pet Owners must clean up after their pet. Pets are not allowed to run loose or to be tied outside unattended. Pets must be on a leash at all times, and are not allowed in park buildings or pool areas. All guests must read & sign our pet policy sheet.

Trash: Trash will be picked up daily at 9 AM. All trash must be in tied plastic bags. Do not put trash out at night.

Laundry: Drying clothes outside your unit is not permitted. NO CLOTHESLINES PERMITTED. There are two laundry rooms located in the park for your convenience. Please no clothes dyeing.

Maintenance: Please report all maintenance problems to office. Be considerate to our Housekeeper while buildings are being cleaned.

RV Sites: Please keep sites clean. Do not hang clothes outside of rig.

Sub-leasing: Renting of any RV or Park Model must have approval from the managers.

Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Please watch for walkers & bikers.

Motor-Driven Cycles: Motorcycles, motorbikes or similar powered vehicles may be ridden from the main entrance to your site only.

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Public drink of alcoholic beverages, intoxication, profanity and boisterousness are not acceptable.

Vehicles/Parking: Only on (1) RV and one (1) Vehicle per site. Parking on unoccupied spaces is not permitted without office approval.

Tow dollies, car haulers, boats, enclosed trailers, and all other towed items are not allowed on site. They will be numbered and placed in our compound. Violations: Repeat violations of park rules will result in eviction. Please check office for additional rules and any changes to rules.
